Tortuga Beach Resort & Spa is our first development on the island of Sal, Cape Verde.
It’s an impressive 5-star resort set right on the beach and finished to the highest quality, it will deliver premium standard accommodation to meet the growing on-island demand.
To be fully completed early 2011 it is now within its initial completion phases with many investors now receiving the keys to their property. Properties on the Resort include an excellent range of villas, apartments and hotel suites.
In addition to its impressive range of luxurious properties, the completed resort will feature a fantastic range of commercial facilities, all of which deliver an unforgettable guest experience, including:

The construction of Tortuga Beach Resort and Spa continues to impress, the speed at which progress is being made is nothing short of exceptional and we'll soon be opening the first 5-star resort on the island.

The latest construction images from Tortuga Beach Resort highlight the significant progress being made on the key areas of the resort, such as the pool and the hotel.
In addition, the apartment buildings are now taking shape, as the windows go in and the external finishes are applied.
These will be progressing quickly towards completion in line with our construction schedule and are now not far behind the fully furnished front line villas that have already been completed.
