National Account Manager
Due to expansion within our business we are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated National Account Manager to join our successful team of sales professionals.
Based at our Head Office in Derby you will be traveling across the UK and will need a clean driving license
- £25,000 basic + Bonus
- OTE: £55,000

This exciting role involves:
- Working with our existing network of agents around the UK and abroad – via telephone and on site meetings
- Presenting The Resort Group (TRG) products and services to existing and potential agents to ensure our agents fully understand our products and services and can effectively sell then to their own
- Assist the agents with any marketing material they require to help them sell our products and services effectively
- Motivating agents on a daily basis, ensuring they are aware of current TRG sales incentives, PR campaigns etc..
- Attending road shows, seminars and exhibitions in the UK and abroad to support agents and to represent TRG
- Helping agents to close difficult/complex sales, offering support to agents as and when required
Key skills:
- Experience of working with a fast paced sales environment is essential
- Confident speaker – ability to present in front of Directors and staff
- Good telephone manner, first class client care skills, persuasive skills essential
- Strong motivational and organisational skills
- Flexible working attitude essential – some weekend working required
- Conscientious and hardworking team player
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good sense of humour required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
