Our success in property development and the growth of our business has led to the next logical step of creating the Resort Group Enhanced Security Fund. This will enable us to accelerate our acquisition of land in prime locations, and generate new opportunities for investors.

Investment summary

• Anticipated returns of 15% to 20% per annum (averaged over the investment term)
• Minimum investment: €100,000 (this can be reduced to €20,000 subject to the 'Experienced Investor' criteria as below)
• Maximum investment: no upper limit
• Anticipated minimum term: 18 to 36 months
• Available to individuals, companies, institutional investors and pension funds
• Business transactions on an execution-only basis with ‘Experienced Investors’ (net worth of €1million and minimum investment of €100,000)
• Syndicated investments are also welcome

Investment Details

The Resort Group Enhanced Security Fund PCC PLC is an open fund, into which investments of any amount can be made at any time (subject to the minimum and maximum investment levels). In addition, each individual property development has a sub-fund attributed to it. This is a closed fund which is typically governed by a percentage of the price of delivering the project. Once all the available sub-fund shares have been sold, no further shares in that 'Cell' will be issued. Once the development is completed, the profit will be realised and Investors are returned their capital and growth. Investment gains for each development are pre-calculated to estimate the likely return and timescale.
