interesting read. Over the past few weeks we have been reviewing our existing
Payment Options and taking feedback from our Agents. I can now commit that the 3
new consolidated Easy Ownership Payment Options (as
described in the Easy Ownership e-brochure) will continue for a sustained period of
time, they are easy to understand and certainly make for easy ownership!

A quick overview of the 3 options is shown below, these relate to all
remaining properties (reserved after 1 November
2008) on Tortuga Beach Resort & Spa and Dunas Beach Resort, Sal Island, Cape
Verde.
Easy Ownership - Payment Option 1
Terms
* €2,000 Reservation Fee
* 35% Deposit on Contract (minus the Reservation Fee)
* 65% on Completion
Benefits
* Free legal services
* Free air-conditioning
* 50% Discount on our 5-Star "Hotel Excellence" furniture package (normal cost
ranges between approx €15k and €26k depending on the type and size of property)
and guaranteed entry to the 'Hotel Managed Rental Club'
* Deposit Payment Support ...
- If the 35% deposit is paid by the Purchaser borrowing
the funds (via any method e.g. equity release, personal loan etc.) then The
Resort Group will pay the interest payments on the loan (up to 10%). This amount
is added to the completion mortgage.
- Or. alternatively, if the 35% deposit is paid from existing savings (e.g.
bank, building society etc.) then The Resort Group will actually PAY THE
PURCHASER 6% P/A INTEREST on the deposit amount (up to completion). This
compensates the Purchaser for the interest that they will no longer be receiving
on their funds. The 6% interest that we pay to Purchasers does NOT
need repaying and will NOT be added to the completion
balance.
*All the above benefits mean that Purchasers can buy overseas property with no
reduction to their income or standard of living whilst their property is being
built AND enjoy the off-plan capital growth. When completed, they can then sit
back and earn attractive and consistent income whilst the hotel does all the
work! Oh, and the lifestyle aspect of ownership is not too bad either!
Easy Ownership - Payment Option 2
Terms
* €2,000 Reservation Fee
* 45% Deposit on Contract (minus the Reservation Fee)
* 55% on Completion

* 25% Deposit on Contract (minus the Reservation Fee)
* 20% Stage Payment 6 months after Contract
* 20% Stage Payment 12 months after Contract
* 20% Stage Payment 18 months after Contract

So there you have it, 3 great and simple Payment Options that are here to stay!
I genuinely believe that these are the best Payment Options available in the
market, unsurpassed by any other developer with their due diligence in place and
the same quality of product and beach-front location with the same magnitude of
rental capabilities.
